Diese sind gleichzusetzen mit einer normalen Apotheke, außer, dass der Hauptapotheker bis zu drei Filialen besitzen darf, welche jedoch im gleichen oder benachbarten Kreis liegen müssen. Es ist grundsätzlich zwar möglich Arzneimittel wie Tabletten und Salben bei Online-Apotheken zu bestellen, jedoch liegt dies in einer rechtlichen Grauzone.
